Automation - Apply Label to Task if not estimated

A large number (50+) projects have been set up, but only a few of the issues in each project were estimated. I would like to apply a label at the Task/Story level to mark the issues without estimates. However, some Tasks/Stories have subtasks with estimates, if that is the case the label isn't needed.

Thoughts?

Edit: To clarify this is focused on time estimates not story point estimates.

Here is what I did:

If: all match

• issuetype = task
• originalestimate IS EMPTY
• Sub-tasks match originalestimate IS EMPTY
• Then apply "Estimate-Needed" Label

Else-if: all match

• issuetype = task
• originalestimate IS EMPTY
• Sub-tasks not present
• Then apply "Estimate-Needed" Label

Hi Jeremy,

Do you know the name of the field that stores the time estimates? 

If so, you should be able to create a JQL query and then do a Bulk change to update the issues.
