Need to write a automation rule when we move the transition from one status to another status the mail notification should be triggered to the reporting Manager and once he replied through email approved then the transaction should be moved to the next status
You can automate the rule for sending an email to the reporting manager whenever an issue is transitioned, however, there is no functionality to configure a trigger upon receiving an email.
You will have to use an add-on such as Email This Issue or Enterprise Email Handler for Jira for handling incoming emails.
