Automation : To tag someone in comment

How to tag someone with jira username who is not assignee/reporter for particular issue in the comments with jira automation.

You don't need any automation just add specific user to "Browse users" group then you can mention/tag user

Hello @Samrudhi Shete , to tag users in the comments, you do not need the automation unless you are refering to a specific use case. These users need to be under a group that has Browse users and groups global permission. By default jira-users group is under this permission.
