Hello,
I have one personal project running. I've setup all the necessary workflows, permissions and automation rules. It was working fine while I was testing it, automation running smoothly, I was moving issues and creating scenarios to see which areas (in workflow or automation) I can improve. But then I started getting this error:
Condition failed because one or more issues failed to index in time
I tried following the advise to add the re-fetch issue data function but it instead of running the automation, its giving me:
Issue data re-fetched from server successfully.
So no errors are logged but my automation rules are not running either.
I am stuck and don't know how to fix it. Any advise?
Thank you in advance.
I got the same error recently, have no idea what it means. The rule does not complete to the end, it did not do last action.
Hi @Glem ,
Looking at the problem description I can only think of two possibilities. Either any of the api you were using earlier is not able to get the proper results which matches your requirements. Or something has changed in your workflow(any new plugin/rule inclusion)
Possible workaround I would suggest is to try the same with a new set of data created so that it can be clear if there is something related to the data or the script itself is broken.
