Scenerio-
Having the ticket in with customer ,If user replies or commented back,it should move back to In progress automatically.
Is there any way to do this? Sometimes even any other user comments in the ticket from the same team.
Need some suggestion.
Im currently trying it out in Automation rule.Not able to get the jql for it.

1. First identify the issues:
project = ABC AND comment ~ reporter - you can refine this but this returns issues where in project ABC issues were updated by the reporter.
2. Schedule to run a the interval you want.
3. Then issues meeting this argument is true, transition them to In Progress
