Automation rule has removed the due date

Anuradha Yadav August 22, 2024

Hi Team,

I see some weird thing with Jira. I have written automation rule to update label for the due date change, if the issue in Jira is not cloned.

Welcome to the community @Anuradha Yadav !

Is there another automation in your project or Jira instance that modifies the due date?

I don't see the specific comment you have in your automation screenshot appearing in your comments log in the second screenshot. This leads me to believe that there might be another automation that is performing the unexpected behavior you are asking about. The automation in your first screenshot might not even be the source of this issue.

Hi @Anuradha Yadav ,

I think your due date is updated by other rule. You can disable this automation then change due date and see if due date still removed.
