Automation rule is not working

I set this the automation rule for my project 

Auto close parent issue when all sub-tasks are done (sync)

 

But its not working, moreover, in the details of the issue it's said that there's no automation available

Although in the settings of the project autimation rule is turned on image.png

Hi @Vera Kim 

Adding to what Gaurav noted, when you look at a specific issue's view, and check automation rules available, it only lists the automation rules which may be directly run for the issue by the logged in person's permissions.  Those are manually triggered rules, so perhaps your rule does not use a manual trigger.

Hello @Vera Kim 

The issue being checked 'AZO-651' is an Epic that will not have any sub-tasks associated with it.

The rule would be applicable to other issue types, like Story or Task. In case you need the Epic to be auto closed, then the automation would need to be updated or a separate one would need to be created.
