I set this the automation rule for my project
But its not working, moreover, in the details of the issue it's said that there's no automation available
Although in the settings of the project autimation rule is turned on
Hi @Vera Kim
Adding to what Gaurav noted, when you look at a specific issue's view, and check automation rules available, it only lists the automation rules which may be directly run for the issue by the logged in person's permissions. Those are manually triggered rules, so perhaps your rule does not use a manual trigger.
Best regards,
Bill
Hello @Vera Kim
The issue being checked 'AZO-651' is an Epic that will not have any sub-tasks associated with it.
The rule would be applicable to other issue types, like Story or Task. In case you need the Epic to be auto closed, then the automation would need to be updated or a separate one would need to be created.
