Automation rule to change status based on the newly update ticket field

I've set up an automation rule to change the status based on the newly updated ticket field shown in the attached image.

However, only Condition 1 was triggered to edit issue field, as indicated in the attached audit log. Could you please assist me in ensuring that Condition 2 runs after Condition 1 is executed? Thank you!

You might want to try re-fetching issue before second condition, eventually I would also try extracting score from the comment itself and modifying the field without the second condition. Can you provide example comment that activates the automation?

Try adding refetch component before second one
