Hi community,
I need your support for the following application.
My goal is to send an email via automation as soon as the status of an issue is changed from "Open" to "To do." When I manually change the status within the issue, it works. However, if I change the status within the issue through another automation, it does not work. Can someone help me with this issue?

Be sure the box is checked at the bottom of the Rule Details page of the rule to allow other rules to trigger it.

It sounds like you need to indicate on the rule that sends the email that it should also be triggered by other automations, which you can do here -
This is just a template rule as an example, I just wanted to show you where the option is.
Please can you test this and share your feedback if it resolves your issue?
