Average Time in Status graph does not show To Do status

Hi! I am configuring and Average Time in Status graph on a dashboard. Some statuses (liki To Do, On hold) do not present correct info. In Progress status is not shown AT ALL:(

I checked the dropdown for statuses, I chose To Do and In Progress for sure.

I checked issues resolved, there are many issues that stayed in To Do and in In Progress for a while (like up to two weeks)

What am I missing?

I somehow solved it, but it is not obvious.

When I choose statuses from the dropdown to configure the graph, there are statuses that repeat. If I choose several repeated statuses (To Do, fo instance), the graph is not representing the right info.  If I only choose one, everything looks fine.

I am glad to learn you got the gadget to work.

What you were seeing with the repeated status values is the individual statuses for different projects, especially Team-Managed (formerly known as Next-Gen).  Those Next-Gen ones duplicate the status values for each project...for each status.

Hopefully the gadgets will improve over time to focus on the selected scope for the project/filter.  One can hope...  :^)
