What constitutes an unresolved issue in the average age report?  Is it just closed issues or does it also include verified and resolved issues?

I haven’t played with this report for a long time but I believe you need to ensure that the Resolution is set when marking the issue as done.

Hi!

For Jira, an unsolved problem is an unsolved problem (field). Once the resolution is completed you will have a problem solved.
You can fill in the resolution field automatically, via Post function in the workflow or Automation for jira.
