duplicate tickets created automatically need to avoid it, also I cant able delete the multiple tickets in one short

How do you create automatically those tickets? We need more information about that.

You can delete multiple ticket in one single action through bulk operation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/edit-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time/
