Hello my fellow developers,
What brings me here today is that I'm not able to use the board ({....}atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/{...}/boards/2) since yesterday. After a few seconds loading the page I get a chrome alert about the page being unresponsive and shortly it goes to the "Aw, Snap!". From my experience this error seems to be an infinite loop somewhere. Is it happening to anyone else? If someone from Jira team want to get in touch I would be happy helping to debug.
Thanks!
Try accessing the board from another page like /jira/your-work. I've noticed that opening the board directly causes this issue.
try clearing your browser cache if you are using Chrome. I have seen this in the past and in some cases it may clear up if you clear your browser cache. Or make sure your browser is up to date.

Actually not, I've cleared the browser cache but it did not worked. The page loaded but it crashed again after some time. I've noticed that the loading bar on the top never finishes as it breaks when it is close to complete. In an incognito tab it does work fine so it really seems an issue related with cache but I've cleared and the problem still there.

Hi @Thiago Morato Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Are you facing the issue on chrome ? did you try any alternate browser to see if you are experiencing the same behaviour ?

Ok great, in the other reply you mentioned the issue reoccurred even after clearing browsers cache on chrome. I would suggest raising a ticket to Atlassian Support.
