Backlog and active tickets not displaying

I cannot view my backlog, nor does the active sprint board display all tickets added to the sprint.  When I create a ticket I get the confirmation message that the ticket has been created, however when I click the link in that confirmation I'm receiving a message that the ticket does not exist on any boards.

We've checked and there are no enabled filters. It started with backlog not displaying, then as I've signed in there are fewer and fewer tickets displaying.  The whole team is experiencing this so we know it is not a permissions or account specific issue. 

Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution?

@Liza Cabrera Please Check your board filter and check the columns mapping in board settings.
