Basing Tempo budget/folio on scope not avails.

Hi all, not sure if this is the board for this question, but I am using tempo budgets. I can use full EVM just fine, and I typically base my cost estimates on the number of developers and the % of their availability during the schedule. 

Unfortunately not everyone likes this method. I have been asked to base the Folio cost estimates on just the scope (weeks/days/hours) of the project. Is there a way to do this? I can't figure it out.

Hi @Kurt Wimberger ,

yes you can do this by adding resources to your planned costs for a time period and a allocation to the project.

E.g. 4 developers for 50% of their time from the start towards the end of the Folio´s date
