Being Administrator I am not able to access rapid board

I am not able to access rapid boards despite I am JIRA administrator. Can anyone please help me in this?

Admin rights give you admin rights over the system.  Not random rights to do everything else within projects and add-ons.

As an admin, you can adjust your account, or the settings on the boards to allow you to use them.  You'll need to get project admin rights and create shared objects probably (exact details depend on your version of JIRA)

Thanks for replying!!

We are using JIRA 6.2.7 version and I do have project admin/user level access. Still I am not able to access boards. Let me know if you need more details.
