Best practices to migrate data from JiraServer to Jira Cloud

We are planning to migrate data from Jira Server to Jira Cloud. Are there any best practices to be followed for the migration? Please share your thoughts.

Hi V,

Please review Atlassian's Jira server to cloud migration resources and Use the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant to migrate from server to cloud documentation. It isn't the smoothest and I definitely recommend a test run. Cheers!

Please review Atlassian's Jira server to cloud migration resources and Use the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant to migrate from server to cloud documentation, it is covered there. Migrating to Cloud also comes with migration support, contact Atlassian support if the documentation isn't clear. Cheers!
