Better PDF Exporter for Jira (PDF View) - How to set Gantt Chart baseline and color?

I am working on government Jira instance and the Gantt Chart (PDF) is installed but I can't find instructions for setting baseline dates and colors so that overdue task show red, approaching due dates yellow and on-track tasks green.
