Big Picture Gant- not visable all tasks

Hi, team, I am facing an issue that some tasks from another project which are also having Sprint added are not visible in ht Big Picture Gant and also in the Sprint Backlog view. Could you please assist me with this? Thanks

Please check the Scope Definition of a given BigPicture Program and ensure that all necessary Jira projects were added. 

If yes, please make sure that there is no extra filtering enabled in the Narrow Down row that could exclude from a scope missing items.
