Hi. we are using JIRA cloud with the Big Picture app.
But, these days, running a Big Picture gantt chart does not work. All of our projects show the same problems. Just a white background with a message
"A problem has occurred.
Our team has been notified. If the problem continues, please contact Atlassian Support.
Page reload.".
It has been about three days since this problem occurred.
Is there any solution?

I suggest you contact software plant who is the vendor to take a look. If you are paying for the app, they should get back to you very fast.
