BigGant Plugin. Something's gone wrong.

Dears. We installed BigGant Plugin near 1 week. But we have some issue with using it. 

When i try use BigGant Plugin i got this message. Something's gone wrong.

Can you advise, how to solve problem.

Looks like BigGantt has a bug preventing you from seeing your work. 

@Val Knapp is right you should contact the vendor. (However, AppFire makes BigGantt, not BigPicture- I can see how that mixup happened. They have similar names.)

If you need an alternative to BigGantt right away, I'd recommend another app on the Atlassian marketplace: Visor.
