BigGantt Error Message!! Can you help me??

I am using BigGantt cloud.  I have a lot of Programs.  I create new Programs all the time.  I follow the same steps every time:  1. import the issues into JIRA from .csv  2. Open BigGantt, choose 'Add New Program'  3.Create New Program 4. Use Configuration of Existing Program  5. and here, I always choose to replicate the same program.

So all of a sudden, I am getting an error message and I can't create the new program. To my knowledge NOTHING has changed in my JIRA configuration or in the BigGantt settings.

Error message is 'Cannot add field issueType with unavailable attribute'.  Not very helpful.

Hi Ericka

Try asking the Support of the app vendor, you can reach them via their Jira Support Portal: https://softwareplant.com/jira/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/user/login?destination=portal%2F1 

I think they know best about BigGantt!
