Woke up and BigPicture is not responding. Is it just me, or are others having this issue as well?

Please be informed that we have just completed the process of upgrading Cloud instances to the 8.2 version, which may be a cause of the issue you experience.
I reccomed plugin re-instalation.
Could you be so kind as to confirm that the suggested solution resolve the issue?
