BigTemplate not working

Hello Community,

I have a lot of problems with BigTemplate.

1. I can not configure Bigtemplate, I click on the option and then starts an endless loading screen.

2. when I want to export the Gantt in BigPicture, it also only opens an endless loading screen

3. when I want to export the scope, I get the error message

"This functionality requires BigTemplate to be installed.
Make sure it is enabled and your license is still valid."

BigTemplate is installed and also has a valid license.

BigPicture and BigTemplate are up to date

I hope to find someone here who can help me

Do you found a solution? I have the same problem

hi @Sajin Antony , unfortunately i don't have a solution yet, but i have contacted the developers and they are now trying to find a solution...
