Today i got blank screen and error message when access Bigpicture roadmap, but when i login with another users it work like a charm :), i dont know what happened
I try to clear cache, grand Box admin permission, admin for jira project for this user but no luck
I send error in attached files, please help me :)
P/S: Error just happened on Roadmap module, on other modules like Backlogs, Resources.. it work perfectly.

I guess it is better to contact Bigpicture support for this kind of issue.
They usually are very prompt to answer and help.

I tried to contact Bigpicture support but i could not access Support portal from this link

Today we had a 15-minute technical break, and that's why you couldn't access our Service Desk.
I encourage you to try again. Opening a ticket via our Service Desk will allow our product specialists and developers to investigate your instance individually.
