Bitbucket repo read access for jira user

Hi Guys,

I want more clarity how to give Bitbucket repo read access for jira user , it is feasible in Bitbucket Standard version with Jira free version?

Hi Rahul, thanks for reaching out! 

You can indeed connect Jira and Bitbucket, even if they are not in the same plan or platform :)  

Once you connect them, Jira issues will automatically update to show recent branch, commit, pull request activity, builds, and deployments, however you won't see the Commits tab at the bottom of Jira issues anymore.

The integration can be started either from Bitbucket or from Jira. Please follow the steps on those articles to make sure the integration is successful.
