An employee has left our business and after taking over I realise he used how own business account rather than a generic one and I need urgent access.
How do I get this changed?
You can't do that without Atlassian support (and on a free plan you're not entitled to support) - if they used their own instance then they're the only one authorized to manage it.
You'll almost certainly have to reach out to the ex-employee to get that fixed.
