Blacklist in JIRA Email Handlers

Is there any sort of blacklist available in the Email Handlers so JIRA won't create issues from some email addresses ?

JEMH is what you want for that

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I have same question, think blacklisting email addresses is not possible with JEMH?
