Board Access

With the new UI forced on us I see no way to get quick access to a our sprint boards.  In particular I nee no quick way to get to a a cross project board.  Removing this access on the dashboard or main menu is a deal breaker for me.  Why has this feature been removed?

You could also try adding a custom link to that specific board:

The link will show up after clicking the three-lined icon, and is accessible from every page.

Thanks meg this seems as good as it gets.  

Regrettably, it appears that by forcing all boards into specific projects 'lass has removed significant functionality/flexibility that I relied on to have one sprint team work with parts of multiple projects.  This greatly restricts the usability of jira in embedded systems development where we have the firmware team as a sprint team in one board and the hw team in a different board, (software, mechanical teams, etc) working multiple overlapping projects.

I was 100% lost when I transitioned while this was in the 'beta' phase. 

The magnifying glass icon is your friend. By clicking this you have access to issues, boards, and projects at-a-glance. Think of this as your new landing area. 

Click Magnifying glass > View all Boards > Then select the one you're looking for.
