Board settings not available

Dear, 

I want to change the the board settings in the backlog view but I do not have the option. I would like to change the 'story points' in 'estimated efforts'.

I am project admin but it seems I'm not board admin?

Hi,

did you check the permissions on project level?

Boards have specific Users assigned as Board-Admins. Only those can edit the Board. You should check with whoever created the Board or is currently administrator of the Board.
