Has anybody ever had such an error message?
Suddenly the board view of my project turned blank. Same for Reports. Everything else like Timeline, List View, etc. seems to work. Problem persists in Safari and Chrome, but my co-workers can access everything normally.
Purging the browser cache has not helped, neither has rebooting the computer. It's also not a matter of an ad-block plugin causing chaos.
It says this and gives me a hash and trace value.
If this keeps happening, share this information with your admin, who should contact support.
To follow up and share the solution, this was the problem:
The URL I used to try and access the board was not suitable for company-managed projects, which the project in question is. I tried to use:
https://subdomain.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/projectKey/boards/boardID
when the correct URL needs to be:
https://subdomain.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/projectKey/boards/boardID
The difference is the added "/c" between "/software" and "/projects".
Maybe this helps somebody.
Cheers!

No I can't say I have.
You could try using an incognito window to check, as this could be any other browser plugin causing the issue.

Hi @Marc - Devoteam and thanks for your answer.
I don't have any other browser plugins installed, but I tested in anyways and – strangely enough – the board appeared. However, now – which is even more strange – it's gone again, even if in incognito mode.

Consider to contact Atlassian Support on this.

Unfortunately, the corresponding product license doesn't show up in the drop-down menu ("Which product is this for?"). Probably because I'm not an admin...?
