Boards not loading

Hey guys!! 

Today I log into Jira so the active sprints. But Im getting this error:

As you can see it says they can not connect to my boards. I would really appreciate the help!

Welcome to Community! What's your permission level to those Boards? I'm assuming you do not have sufficient permission to access it, hence the error. To confirm this, try navigating here https://<your-instance>.atlassian.net/jira/boards check the board concerned and see if it's showing as Private.
