We are using Confluence to capture requirements and are using the hook to create Jira user stories.  The only fields that are able to be imported are title and user story, but not acceptance criteria.  How can we get the AC written in Confluence into Jira without having to copy paste?

In addition to bringing in the Summary and Issue Type, you can also bring in the Description if you create a two-column table. Unfortunately, you can't bring in any other fields.

If you have a custom field called "Acceptance Criteria", ScriptRunner has a built-in script that allows you to copy from one field to another for all of the issues in a selected filter, so that could be a potential solution, but probably only if you have a lot of issues that you're creating this way. Otherwise, it's probably quicker to copy/paste.
