Is there a way to grant Browse user and groups permission to a use (across multiple projects), but not allow them to see JSM customers?
Okay, problem resolved. The "user" in this case was an integration and it did not have JSM product access. But after a bit of digging we realized the names we were seeing were not JSM customers (good news!).
Time to go do a little clean up of my groups.
Thanks @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ and @Bryan Trummer - ReleaseTEAM for your help.

Nope, not possible to my knowledge. And think about it:
You give a user the JSM product access and he/she will not be able to view the customers? :/
