I would appreciate any help regarding points listed below or where I can find the solution for covering those:

1. Budget board:
-Financial settlement status and timeline columns including tasks and budget amounts
-Amount budgeted, amount spent ( concerning project in total and specific tasks)
-Possibility to calculate difference between the amount budgeted and the amount spent
- If there are and Conditional formulas (e.g. related to excel "IF") - a check if project is on budget, a cross if over budget
- Connection between the budget board and the main board with tasks

2. Risks board:
-Presentation of the risk status, probability of occurrence, impact of the risk on the project/task
-Automatic dependence of the risk level on other parameters (impact, probability)
-Cost of risk
-Linking of risks to specific tasks (impact on …)
-Automatic closure of risks upon closure of the task to which they are linked
- After the closure of risks, change of category - moving to the table of closed risks
- Risk Dashboard
- Risk register

3. Workload:
-graphic view on the overall workload on the project tasks and possibility to filter every team member workload

4. Possibility of combining multiple project boards under one overview ( is there any top number of projects we can see under one overview?) and how does this general overview will look like ( any possible customizations).

Thank you for your support and have a great day ahead.

Hello @jira1 trial ,

thanks for your question to the community. I´m Bernhard, employed at Ease Solutions, the vendor of easeRisk for Jira.

For your request #2 we can recommend our plugin as native extension to Jira. It serves:

  • Risk Register to present the risk status, probability of occurrence, impact of the risk on the project/task by various Jira custom fields you can define and store to the view.
  • Formular based calculation of risk level to show get automatic dependence of the risk level on other parameters (impact, probability)
  • Assessment listing of risk cost from the risk value
  • Creation and linking of measures (or other specific tasks) in the risk register
  • Automatic closure of risks upon closure of the task to which they are linked can fulfilled by Jira automation
  • Change of category can also be done via automation
  • Risk matrix and top risk reporting

For more insights or demo please contact our friendly service desk.

For you other requests we can have a talk on implementation ideas.

Best regards, Bernhard

hi!

It seems you need multiple app on top of Jira and lot of automation rules. Most of the requirements you can fill in just by using and customizing Jira Software together with Jira Automation. Then risks part you can look into risk management apps - just search for RISK keyword and the apps are there. Also for workload probably Tempo app can do the work. Since the scope is pretty big, I would start from the scratch step by step and would consider also the combining multiple projects in mind. Aggregated reports like workload and planning views are always pain - there are also apps (and/or Jira Align) for "program management".

Thus start trialling the apps and ask questions from the app vendors - or best approach is to have a solution partner on this journey with you. They know what to look and ask.

best wishes,

Margus
