Bugzilla Import do not finish

Hi everybody.

I'm having some troubles when i will go import projects from bugzilla to jira. I choose my project and when the import begins, it stops the import of users and is carrying, loading and does nothing. Nothing appears in the logs, nor in the thread dumps. I do not know what else to do :).

This is going to be tough to debug without any messages in the logs and no error message. The best thing to do now is probably go through our support team: https://support.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Let us know the resolution here if you have a minute after our support team gives you a hand.
