Bugzilla import

We are trying to import our Bugzilla database into JIRA with a view to integrating our bug reporting system into JIRA... but couldn't find the option to do that on our hosted installation (4.3.2).

Please let me know how we can get this done.

Hi Arun, if you are on the Enterprise Hosting package (which I mostly believe), you might want to find this option in the Administration Area >> External System Import.

If you are on the OnDemand package, you will need to import Bugzilla into a local JIRA first, then export and import to OnDemand. Here is the documentation for this - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Importing+Issues
