Building a time based graph

I would like a dashboard report (or any report) that shows a Bar graph of remaining (TODO only) tasks by TIME REMAINING (in days) by assigned. (note unassigned is a valid category).

What plugin or tricks do I need to pull this off?

You should take a look at Gantt Chart for JIRA:

Sorry if I misunderstood you.

And yes you can build a Grantt Chart by assignee with it.
Just go for a Trial on JIRA Marketplace and see if it fits you!

Sorry, I didn't realize you were refering to the plugin. Thought you wanted something like a Gantt Chart for your workflow.

Hey Eifler!

To manage your workflow better, there's JIRA Agile (former Greenhopper), and then you can create reports with the time left for completing tasks in a graph (burndown chart). With JIRA Agile it's easier to manage time on your issues and projects.

This is not what I am looking for. I already use Agile and have a burndown chart. What I need/want is more for capacity planning and making sure my delivery dates are achievable. It looks like the GANNT chart plugin is closer to what I need.
