Bulk Clone : Can this plugin copy issues from one project to another project?

Can this plugin copy issues from one project to another project?

If it can ,I create a role named "BulkCloners" , and assign user "A" to "BulkCloners" role of project "A" ,can this user copy issues of project "A" to another porject "B"? This user have no permission to access project "B" .

And if the user "A" have access permission of project "B" , can him copy issues of project "A" to another porject "B"?

Bulk Clone plugin will clone issues in the same project itself. It wont clone to other project.

Yes, and "Clone plugin" can grant the issues copy permission to project role , that is a good point.
