Bulk Load Users and Assign Roles

Hi,
I've got 300+ unique users (students) to load into JIRA, and variously assign them Admin, Dev and User for their respective projects - is there a batch load process for the, the user lookup feature is incredibly slow and this is, at the moment, a tedious, manual and time-consuming task. Grateful for any insights.

Hello @Toby Durden welcome to the community. I'm afraid that what you look for it's not in place. I would consider doing the user creation via rest API. There should be some examples online on how to create users that way.
