Bulk Operation Error in task transfer between projects

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I've just carried out a bulk operation to move multiple tasks from a team-managed project (Project 1) to a better-organised company-managed board (Project 2).
I carried out this operation successfully in the past, and tested successfully on this occasion with a single tasks before attempting to move 24 all at once.
Unfortunately I've been met with a Bulk Operation Error message...
The tasks are no longer in their previous home on Project 1, are not visible on Project 2, and don't appear in my 'All Issues' lists.
I'm sure they still exist somewhere in the cloud, but I can't get to them! Any ideas?!
