Bulk Upload Of Tasks

I am trying to do bulk upload of tasks and I am able to link Epic to Story and Tasks. Is there a way where I can link Tasks to Stories during the Bulk Upload?

Assuming you're trying to use the work item links feature, you might want to look at https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/how-to-import-issue-links-from-a-csv-file-in-jira/.

Although this refers to DC, I just had a look and it seems like Cloud works similarly, especially this part:

One column must be mapped to a respective issue, which may or may not exist already in Jira, and the other as the desired link type (e.g. 'X blocks Y').

When importing the issue link via CSV, Jira will consider the link you provide as the Outward link description. You can't choose between Inward or Outward links.
