Bulk change options

We use the bulk changes for subtasks option but is there a way to bulk change the status of the issues? Otherwise is there a way to force the status to change when a certain field is filled in? right now it is when a certain field is filled in the status would be changed. but when we do the bulk change i can figure out how to bulk change the status with it.

Hi Jon,

Yes, you can use bulk change to transition issues. 

The transition needs to exist to do the bulk update.

You can create a temporary one and even add a condition that only you can perform the transition is there is a concern that others may perform the transition when you don't want them to.
