In Scrum project you have the backlog where you can select multiple Issues and bulk change.
Not seeing anything similar in Kanban, and not seeing any relevant and current documentation.

You can run a query/create a filter.
Then from the filter area, click the 3 dots menu in the upper right and choose Bulk Change.

Go to Advanced Issue Search: Use "Issues" > "Search for issues" from the top menu.
Search for Issues: Use JQL to find the issues you want to delete, e.g., project = YOURPROJECTKEY.
Bulk Change: Click "Tools" > "Bulk change all X issues" above the search results.
Select Issues: Check the boxes for the issues you wish to delete, then click "Next".
Choose 'Delete Issues': Select the "Delete Issues" operation and proceed by clicking "Next".
Confirm Deletion: Review your selection and confirm the deletion. This action is irreversible.
Ensure you have the necessary permissions to delete issues. Remember, deletion is permanent, so review your selections carefully before confirming.
