Bulk delete not allowed while I have the permission: what should I do?

Hello dear community, 

I am the Project Manager in Jira for my project and I want to bulk delete but it seems like that I do not have the permission. I can delete separately one issue. 

I checked my permission and I do want the PM one which I assume should be enough?

I do not know what should I do.

Welcome to the community !

You would need "buld change" permission for that. Maybe you should check with the admin if this is the case.

But ... on a side note ... deleting in Jira is something that needs to be done with care ... gone is gone and there's no way to ever retrieve the info.
