Bulk duplicating entries in Jira

How do I take an existing project and all of the tasks, stories and issues and duplicate it as a new project where every entry has a new Jira reference?

To me it looked like the JCLI can clone a complete project, issues and everything.

If it's not possible to clone a project do I have to copy each entry individually?
