Hi - I completed a bulk move of issues from one project to another. I migrated each issue under the same status (i.e. Not Started <> Not Started, In Progress <> In Progress, Done <> Done.
There were 123 total issues being migrated between these three statuses. However, after the migration only 27 issues remain (21 = Not Started and 6 = In Progress). Is there a reason that I can no longer view the 96 "Done" issues? These issues are currently not visable on the old nor new project.
Thanks!
Cory
Hi Cory,
When you say you can’t find them - where are you looking?
Have you run a filter such as:
Project = ABC
You should see all of the issues there and their statuses.
If not seeing on the board then it’s probably the result of the board filter or a sub-filter on the board. Take a look there under Board Settings > General
Im also new ,however,If your not able to see the issues on the kanban board, check the back log board. Also check if you have the status assigned to the column on the board.

Thank you for the response. The backlog board shows the 21 "Not Started" issues and the 6 "In Progress" issues, but 0 "Done" issues. There were 96 "Done" issues within the group of issues that were moved from the previous project. I am unable to locate those issues on either project now.

In seem to remember that in the done column, there is a pulldown that hides done item more than xx days.
Also if you use the filters can you find the issues under there. They may have moved to the new project but not shown on the kanban boad
