I am trying to bulk move tickets that are unresolved to resolved. Even though the ticket is done, Jira doesn't recognise it as 'resolved' I have added a resolution post function rule so that when a ticket is moved to status 'done' it should pick up as resolved.
i have tried doing a bulk change however it doesn't appear to change anything if you can please help. I originally wanted to run a report to see created issues v resolved issues in dashboard when i seen there is something drastically wrong. I have added screenshots of each step.

I think that the Post Function is not in the correct position now.
The issues are created, then the Post functión have to be positioned in the Done Box of the Workflow not in the Creation ;)
