Hello everyone - seeking assistance on how to get my burndown chart to show data. We have our estimation set as story points, and I've confirmed that story points are being assigned to issues as required. However, when I open the burndown chart report, it is always flatlined on 0. If you have any tips or advice to have it reflect actuals that would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @Keira Wilkinson ,
1. Verify the sprint's start date and time, ensuring it's accurate and reflects the actual start of the sprint.
2. When did you set the estimates? If you set them after the start of the sprint, the chart will not display any information.
3. If a sprint is started before issues are added or if issues are removed from the sprint after it has started, the burndown chart might not display the correct data.
Hi @Keira Wilkinson,
It would be useful to share also the table under the chart.
You could try also the Jira's Sprint Burndown gadget instead.
Have you also tried the Jira's Sprint Report or the Burnup report? Do they also display a flat line?
Danut.

Hello, @Keira Wilkinson ! Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Is your board pulling issues from different projects? I had a similar problem, and when I checked the board filter, it was using issues from two different projects. I changed the board filter to get issues only from the project where the report was from and it worked.
Let us know if that is your case :)

Thank you for the response @Izabela França
Just checked and my board is only filtering on the correct project..
