By using addons, How to add a label to the issue while creating an new issue?

While creating an new issue in Jira , If my condition regarding the description is true, I need to add a label to that issue automatically while creating itself? How to achieve this through addons?

With Automation for Jira, which is included in Jira (Data Center & Cloud) functionality since Version 9.0 (for Version 8.20 and up, there is also a marketplace add-on), you can easily achieve this by building an automation rule.
